Easy recipe hack to make any sandwich more satisfying! Clean and Low carb options!
Wash, dry and cut your lettuce/spinach of choice. Place in your salad bowl.
If you haven't already done so cook your bacon using your preferred method (microwave, broiler or stove top)
While this is cooking, dice your tomato and your avocado and place on top of lettuce
Once your bacon (or meat of choice) is done cooking, break apart and add to salad
Toast your bread of choice (use a bread that works with your diet. Low carb/keto/clean etc)
Once done, break apart and add to salad
Make your your pan is hot and greased and crack your eggs into your pan. Leave for about a minute and then flip. Cook just until the white is cooked and move eggs to your salad. (~30 seconds on second side)
Top with hot sauce. (I recommend stabbing your eggs to let the yolk run over the bread). Eat and enjoy!
This salad is easy to customize!
It works well with bacon, ham and even without either!
It is easy to make for a crowd, as well.
As for eggs, I usually top it with two.
