If you don't have brown rice pre-made either use a microwavable rice package (or cook to package instructions). If you are doing it with a bowl, feel free to add in your broccoli while cooking if you are starting with it raw.
If you already have all of these ingredients pre-cooked. Dice you beet, place all ingredients (except cheese if using) and mix
Sprinkle the top with cheese (if using) and place your bowl in the microwave for about a minute or so until it is heated through
Feel free to give it another stir! Eat and enjoy. (Or place the top on it to take with you!)
This recipe is great to use as a meal prep recipe and make in individual pyrex containers.
It's even easier to make if you have all the ingredients coming from a jar or a can.
Feel free to omit ingredients you don't like, or have and feel free to add others as you see fit!
