If you don't already have brown rice cooked, cook according to package instructions (the same goes for your meat, season with taco seasoning if cooking from scratch)
Steam your broccoli in the meantime
If you are adding separately, add your brown rice, cooked meat, broccoli to a bowl
Mix in some taco seasoning if it has not been added to the meat already.
Top with cheese (melt with the microwave if the other ingredients are not already hot) and hot sauce. Eat and enjoy!
This makes one bowl. It is easy to make multiple servings by multiplying the ingredient amounts.
