Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper
Mix your peanut flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a bowl.
Slowly add your liquid of choice until a sticky batter forms
Pour out onto the parchment paper and use your spatula to help form and pat down the batter.
Place into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let cool for a few minutes, then slice into either bars or squares in the size that you prefer.
Feel free to cool on a cooling rack. Place in an air-tight container once fully cooled.
If making this for a large crowd and prefer a 9x13, triple the recipe.
I used water as my liquid of choice, I don't give exact measurements because it depends on the absorbency of your powders. You will likely need around 1/2 cup liquid.
Cut into bars for the bar form, cut into squares if you prefer the more traditional brownie shape.
Store extras in an airtight container once cooled.
