Place a small amount of liquid at the bottom of your blender (enough to coat the bottom)
Add all your ingredients except rest of liquid, ice and pecans
Top with the rest of the liquid, followed by the ice and blend completely
Top with crushed pecans/mix them in the smoothie afterwards
Eat and enjoy!
You may need more or less liquid depending on how thick you like your smoothies
I used unflavored pea protein
-pea protein is thick, psyllium powder is a thickener. These may cause you to need more liquid. If omitting, you may need less (again depends on how thick you like your smoothies)
If you are not used to psyllium husk powder, go low and start slow. Drink plenty of liquid
