Oatmeal Peanut Butter Protein Balls [Clean, Vegan, Gluten-free]

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 1/4 t vanilla extract
  • few dashes cinnamon
  • 4 T water

Instructions

  1. Add your oatmeal, protein powder and cinnamon into a bowl and mix

  2. Add the vanilla extract and peanut butter. With a spatula chop up the peanut butter to more evenly spread it through the mix

  3. Add your water tablespoon by tablespoon and continue to mix and fold until the mixture is able to be molded. You should have a nice block of mixture to work with and be able to pick up.

  4. Break off pieces of the block and roll into a ball. Continue to do this until all the mixture is used.

  5. Eat and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.

Recipe Notes

  1. The amount of liquid you need will depend on how absorbent your protein powder is
  2. I make my own peanut butter, but if you use store bought please try to by one that doesn't have any added sugar
