PB&B Oatmeal and a dash of cinnamon

PB&B Oatmeal [Clean, Vegan]

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/2-1 banana
  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 1/2-1 T psyllium husk powder
  • few dashes cinnamon
  • water/liquid of choice

Instructions

  1. Mash 1/3-1/2 of your banana in the bottom of your microwave friendly bowl, or pot

  2. Top with oatmeal and liquid of choice

  3. Cook oatmeal via your preferred method

  4. While letting cool, slice and quarter your remaining banana

  5. Stir in the rest of the ingredients aside from the banana until smooth and creamy

  6. Fold in banana. Eat and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  1. The amount of liquid will depend on if you use psyllium husk powder. If unsure, feel free to use the instructions on your oatmeal package. Or, feel free to ask how I make mine.
  2. If you have never used psyllium husk powder before, start low and work your way up. Be sure to drink plenty of water. 
  3. I make my own, but if you use store bought try to use one without any added sugar
