Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pork cooked
  • 1 cup slaw
  • ~1/3 cup salsa
  • 1 T mozzarella cheese shredded and optional

Instructions

  1. Microwave: 1. Put your slaw mix into a microwave safe bowl with a little bit of water and microwave on high for 1:30 minutes, or until soft.

    2. Drain liquid

    3. Mix in pork, salsa

    4. Top with cheese (if using)

    5. Microwave for another minute

    5. Eat and enjoy!

  2. Stove top: 1. Put slaw into pot and steam until tender

    2. Mix in pork, salsa and cheese if using and cook until heated through and cheese is soft.

    3. Eat and enjoy!
