Healthy apple pie pancake recipe
Dice you apple and grind your oats into flour if you haven't already done so
Grease a pan and preheat
Mix your ground oats, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon and baking powder
Add your butter extract and apple
Slowly add your liquid until a thick batter forms (start low with 2T and work your way up)
Spoon out your batter into small silver dollar sized pancakes (or larger), wait unti you see the bubbles before flipping and continue to cook on the other side until done.
Continue with the rest of the batter until all is gone. Eat and enjoy!
There may seem like there is a lot of apple in here, it will be mostly apple! Don't worry, it will stick together. Just be patient and don't try to flip them too early.
