Clean and vegan rye protein bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bread loaf pan
Place your rye flour, vanilla protein powder, psyllium, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl and mix together
Add your water or liquid of choice until a batter forms
Use a spatula to scrape out the batter into your pregreased pan
Top with coconut if desired
Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (don't overbake, or it will be dry)
Take out and let cool for a few minutes before transfering it to a wire cooling rack to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Slice and serve!
The amount of liquid you use will depend on whether or not you are using the psyllium husk powder and how absorbent your protein powder is.
