Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Grease a muffin tin
Mix the oatmeal flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, psyllium husk in a bowl.
Mix in the apricot preserves
Slowly add your liquid of choice (I just used water) until a batter forms
Spread out the batter into 8 muffins tins
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Eat and enjoy. Keep leftover muffins in an airtight container.
