If you don't have chicken breast already made, cook using your preferred method. I recommend grilling with italian seasoning. See notes for alternatives
As your chicken is cooking, cook the pasta according to the directions on the bag
Once your pasta is cooked, drain and place back into the pot.
Mix in your drained tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, saurkraut, oregano and basil. Mix.
Once your chicken is done cooking, or with your leftover chicken, dice and mix in with the above ingredients.
Serve once all ingredients are mixed and heated through. Save any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
