Place the bulgur, spices and liquid in a pot and bring to a boil. Then, simmer for about 20 minutes until most of the liquid is gone and the bulgur is almost ready.
While the first part is simmering, pull apart your turkey into smaller chunks if needed and crush your pecans just slightly.
When your 20 minutes are up, stir in the rest of your ingredients except for the pecans.
Cook for about 10 minutes or so (until the liquid is gone). Fluff and then stir in the pecans. Feel free to add more cinnamon if desired.
Serve and enjoy, or separate into individual portions to save for another meal.
