Mix the tuna, tomato sauce, garlic, hot sauce and spices in a bowl.
Place the salad greens in a bowl and top with your tuna and any additional toppings of your choice
You can add a salad dressing if desired, but it is not necessary. If this is not a post-strength meal, I recommend adding some fat to the salad for better nutrient absorption.
