Coconut Chocolate Covered Protein Smoothie [Low Carb, Clean, Vegan, Glutenfree]

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 T psyllium husk powder
  • ~1-2 cups ice to thickness

Instructions

  1. I recommend covering the bottom of your blender with some of the coconut milk, followed by your strawberries, psyllium husk powder, protein powder and then followed by the rest of the milk and then ice.

  2. If you want your smoothie to be more of a soft serve consistency to eat with a spoon add more towards the 2 cups of ice. If you want it to be more drinkable, add only a small amount of ice or no ice. 

  3. Eat and enjoy!!
