If you have everything pre-cooked, excellent! Just mix it together in a bowl and heat!
If you have only parts of the ingredients cooked then cook then you can cook the rest of them how you please (together, or separately, see notes). At the very end, stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg and eat!
If you only don't have the bulgur cooked, then cook according to instructions on package and then add in the other ingredients and heat.
If you have parts, feel free to cook the butternut squash and cranberries in with the bulgur!
