Blackberry Peach Protein Oatmeal [Clean, Vegan, GF]

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • 2 T peanut flour
  • ~1/2-1 T psyllium husk powder
  • few dashes cinnamon
  • few dashes nutmeg
  • handful blackberries
  • 1/2-1 peach (or several canned slices)

Instructions

  1. Cook your oatmeal as directed on the package using your favorite technique and liquid of choice

  2. Once done, stir in your peanut flour, psyllium (if using), cinnamon and nutmeg until blended

  3. Fold in your fruit, eat and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

The amount of liquid you use will depend on how thick you like your oatmeal and if you are using psyllium husk powder.
