Major Crowd Pleasing Peanut Butter Banana and Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 13×9 dish
  2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and add water or liquid of choice until the batter is easily poured*
  3. Pour into your greased dish and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until solid
  4. When done, pull out and spread a thin layer of peanut butter on top until the surface is fully covered.
  5. Slice into 6 pieces, serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  1. The picture in the post is how thin I made the batter. It doesn’t matter all that much, if you add too much, it will just have to cook longer. No big deal.
  2. The longer you cook your oats, the more dense, it will become. Baked oatmeal is very forgiving. If you aren’t certain, just press on it to see how soft it is to determine how cooked through it is.
  3. I highly suggest adding your peanut butter at the end as suggested so it becomes very melty. I also suggest crunchy. If you can, try to use homemade peanut butter! Only have smooth? Try mixing in some crushed peanuts to give it a bit of crunch.
  4. The serving size can be adjusted and you could easily get more out of it.
