Blueberry Plum Protein Oatmeal and Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Instructions
  1. Cook oatmeal using your preferred liquid and preferred cooking method*. Toss in your diced plum and berries if you want them soft
  2. Once your oatmeal is finished cooking, add all ingredients (except for the fruit if not already added) and mix completely
  3. Once mixed, fold in your plum and berries. Eat and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  1. I prefer to make mine in the microwave with water, but feel free to use and do whatever you’d like to get those oats cooked! If you’re not sure what to do, just shoot me a message and I’ll give you more cooking direction!
  2. If you’re not used to psyllium, start low and work your way up. Drink plenty of liquid, too!
