Instructions
  1. Cook your oatmeal the way you prefer with your preferred liquid*
  2. Meanwhile, toast your coconut**
  3. Once your oatmeal has finished cooking, stir in the remaining ingredients, eat and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  1. *= this can be done via the microwave, or stove top. I prefer to use water and the microwave
  2. **= this can be done in the oven, stovetop, or other way. I toast mine in a sandwich maker lol
  3. The oatmeal will thicken as it cools
  4. If you are not used to using psyllium husk powder, start low (1t) and work your way up. Be sure to drink plenty of water. This is an excellent and clean way to increase your fiber amount.
