Instructions
  1. If your fish filet is frozen, be sure to thaw it completely first*
  2. Sprinkle your filet with the taco seasoning and squirt the lime juice over top
  3. Cook your filet using your preferred method* until it is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork
  4. Meanwhile, if your wraps are stored in the fridge, heat the wrap for approximately 10 seconds in the microwave
  5. Cut into 4 pieces with kitchen scissors to make 4 “taco shells”
  6. Place the lettuce and salsa on each taco shell
  7. Once the filet has cooked completely, split into 4 pieces and place each piece on the shells with the lettuce and salsa already on it
  8. Top with the optional squeeze of lime and top with cheese. Eat and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  1. A quick way to defrost the filet, is to place hot water in a bowl and soak the filet in it. It only takes a matter of minutes for it to thaw this way
  2. I used a George Forman grill to cook my fish. (It took approximately 7 minutes). If using the oven, try 350 for about 10-15 minutes. If using the stove top it will also take about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Feel free to top with any additional toppings you would like!
