Low Carb Freezer Pumpkin Protein Fudge Bites

Instructions
  1. Melt coconut oil if not already melted
  2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth
  3. Spoon/spatula mixture into silicon molds
  4. Place in freezer until solid
  5. Pop out of molds, eat and enjoy!
  6. Store extra in an airtight container in freezer
Recipe Notes
  1. This recipe is easy to multiply. It depends on what molds you have. I use silicon because they are easy to pop out.
  2. You could swap in a dash of pumpkin pie spice if you wanted to instead of the cinnamon
  3. Make sure your pumpkin is just pumpkin, no other ingredients on the ingredient list
